Motor racing legend Niki Lauda dies aged 70 | 5 News

► One of the best known figures in motor racing, Niki Lauda, has died at the age of 70.

The three-time Formula One world champion, who made a remarkable return to racing after being badly burned in a crash in 1976, died peacefully yesterday.

Remembering the Austrian sportsman, British racing driver Jenson Button said: “a legend has left us”.
